Annual Scholarship Awards Luncheon

The Hannah Brown Community Development Corporation’s (HBCDC) Annual Scholarship Luncheon, held on June 18, 2025, at the Luxor Hotel and Casino, was a pivotal event in our community’s development. The HBCDC awarded 50 scholarships to deserving students.

We proudly celebrated a diverse and talented group of students, each coming from unique backgrounds and interests. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to them. “We are deeply grateful for the donors in our community who have generously supported these students,” said Jerrie E. Merritt, President of The Hannah Brown Community Development Corporation. Merritt also expressed, “For many of these students, receiving these awards can make a profound difference in their ability to attend college and pursue their dreams.”
