Annual Scholarship Awards Breakfast

During its Scholarship Awards Breakfast on June 14, 2023, at the Luxor Hotel and Casino, the Hannah Brown Community Development Corporation awarded 51 scholarships to students who were honored this year. 
 
This year, an amazing group of talented students have been honored, and we would like to extend our congratulations to them. “We are immensely proud of the donors in our community who have generously supported these students,” said Jerrie E. Merritt, President of The Hannah Brown Community Development Corporation. Merritt added, “For many of these students, receiving these awards can significantly impact their ability to attend college.” 
 
Major donors include MGM Resorts International, Vegas Golden Knights Foundation, The Links, Inc. Las Vegas (NV) Chapter, Caesars Entertainment, E.R.J. Martin Family Foundation, Bank of Nevada, M.R. Whitsett, Inc., and NV Energy.
